Recently, I was on my friend, Margaux's dream interpretation podcast, Breathing Underwater. This has got to be my FAVORITE podcast. Period. Not only is Margaux a dear friend of mine, a fellow member of our Dream Club, and a boss lady, this prophetess carries such a depth of insight and revelation that flows from her sweet intimacy with Jesus. It is impossible to be in the same room with her and not encounter the face of the Most Holy. I love that she is raw and honest and faithful to the point of great cost to the Word. I always come away from listening to her podcast with a deeper understanding of God's symbolic language. It was no different when I was a guest. We dove into my Baby Factory dream without knowing where God would take us and discovered it was deeply personal to us both. I invite you to join us on the journey!   

Shame is like the velvet tongue of a snake, drawing me into hiding and then condemning me for being unworthy of connection. Fatally flawed. Shame’s best friend is pride. It conceals mistakes under a flimsy fabric of fantasy. I woulda, coulda, shoulda. Create a scapegoat or alternate story? Isolation. Depart without the heart. Burning cheeks and burning ears, melting anywhere out of here. Racing heart. Don’t want to be found out…. Until He approaches and I’m compelled to unveil my error because He is so kind. He draws me close and tells me that He can still use it. Even the spoiled worship senselessly sacrificed on the altar of apathy. The splintered pieces inside me become one again, unified and purpose remembered. The Antidote.
